In this workshop you will be guided through the process of making your own Mala, learn the Gayatri master mantra, how to use your Mala, the significance of mantra, traditions and rituals. Malas are a powerful tool used in meditation, deepening your spiritual practice, and accelerating your personal growth, development and healing.
