Hi, I’m Caro from Chandra Yoga. I’m thrilled to introduce our new weekend program designed to complement your weekday practice and help you deepen your asana journey. We draw from a variety of modalities to support a more sustainable, long-term practice.
Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect in class:
We begin with kundalini-inspired pranayama to center and energize.
Our asana practice includes Ashtanga, 26&2/84-based sequences, with influences from JMVinyasa and Lux yoga styles.
We finish with 5-10 minutes of closing meditation.
