Elevate Your Spirit, Breathe Deep, and Find some mofo Peace ;).

Chant with Caro,  every Friday in January at 2 PM EST for a 1-hour guided Zoom session. 

 What You’ll Experience:

Learn & discuss: We’ll break down the seven-layer Gayatri Mantra, explore different perspectives, and talk about how to apply this OG ancient mantra to modern life. Plus, we’ll share our progress and experiences as we work with the mantra together.

Breathe: Learn Kundalini-based pranayama, sound breathing (a powerful way to release emotions), and other techniques to help you reduce stress, manage reactivity, and find grounding in your daily life.

Meditate: Learn how to sit with yourself truly! As someone with ADHD, I know how challenging sitting in stillness and focusing on your breath can feel—sometimes it seems impossible (or like slow, painful torture, trust me, I get it!). That’s exactly why I’ve designed these sessions to help you gently ease into the practice, little by little.
